The Firing Range is a simple builder's kit with flip-down targets and a scoring system. It was designed for use by roleplay police and military departments.
Operation
The Firing Range is set up by rezzing targets and configuring them. Users can click the controller box and start a round, which lasts 2 minutes. 4 different gamemodes are available. Typically, a score of 1-5 is giving for each target hit, depending on how fast the user hits it from the time it is activated. 2 points are taken away for each target not hit in the allotted time. The controller constantly updates accuracy and score, and leaves it shown at the end of the round for review.
The Firing Range has been used by some departments for training, but its outdated design has made it fall into obscurity today. It is awaiting a mesh update, but it is not high-priority.
