The Astaro TPF-2 Tanker is a fully working American fire tanker truck. The main role of the TPF-2 is to provide water for fire engines and includes a drop tank for water shuttle operations. Despite the TPF-2 being a tanker truck it does have limited fire fighting and Type A foam capabilities, this can make an economical alternative to a full engine in rural stations.
